Research (Under Construction)

Below is an outline of several research projects with which I've been involved and the role I had.

Google Scholar

My research in this group is focused the design and control of microbial communities for enhancing rice growth as a part of the NASA CUBES mission. All projects revolve around the generalized Lotka-Volterra system and its nuances, wether its through simulation, parameterizing, bounding, motif identification etc.

My research in this group involved editing Pseudomonas putida to make it a better host for various biosynthetic and catabolic pathways so that it might valorize biomass waste into commodity chemicals.
